About the project
From conceptualization to development, I guided Secnd through the entire process. Through extensive research and user interviews, we created a user-friendly experience. I designed the app's intuitive interface, developed a distinctive visual identity, and collaborated with a skilled development team to implement features such as secure transactions and real-time messaging.
Secnd's MVP mobile app platform revolutionizes the secondhand tech market by connecting tech enthusiasts and streamlining transactions. With a user-friendly interface and secure backend infrastructure, the app enables users to browse listings, make purchases, and manage transactions seamlessly.

Discovery
For discovery we ran a Design Sprint throughout 4 full days. I produced a wireframe prototype that we were then able to put in-front of users. I then conducted a series of user tests.

Branding
We needed to create a playful, trusted and approachable brand to align with Secnd's core values. I ran a brand discovery workshop with the client and stakeholders to really flesh out the feeling of the brand and to bring the product to life. I was able to present the client with 4 different variations of a brand.
Final Logo & UI
Once the client had finalised a brand, I created a brand book for them including tone of voice, so that the client was well prepared to brief any future designers. I then went ahead and created the Hi-Fi screens and prepared the Figma document for development.
